Sunday: Cloudy start with rain developing and mountain snow or a mix. Highs: 37 - 42. Winds: E 10. Sunday Night: Rain ending after midnight. Cloudy and cold. Lows: 30s. Winds: NE 10. Monday: Mostly cloudy to partly cloudy late and chilly. Highs: 45 - 50. Winds: NW 10 - 15.

Valentine’s Day brings a welcome warm‑up to the D.C. region, with sunshine and highs in the mid‑50s before a cold rain is expected to develop by Sunday afternoon.
Plan on a chilly and cloudy Presidents Day with highs in the upper 40s to low 50s. Clouds will hang tough Presidents Day with some sunshine late west of D.C. and highs in the 40s. Cold to chilly Monday night with lows from the upper 20s to the upper 30s Downtown. Tuesday through Friday we will see temps in the 50s.
