A 17-year-old is facing charges of criminal threats after they allegedly threatened to commit a mass shooting at R.J.

Oxnard police arrested a 24-year-old man on suspicion of attempted murder Thursday after a victim was shot multiple times the previous day. The shooting was reported shortly before 12:45 p.m.

The Ventura Police Department said SWAT teams executed search warrants and took three 16-year-olds into custody for a shooting in January.
