A woman died after falling off a motorcycle, which later fled the crash, early Thursday on the far Northwest Side, according to San Antonio police.

According to witnesses at the scene, the woman fell off the back of a motorcycle and that rider fled from the scene.

Police said the motorcyclist drove away, leaving the woman with life-threatening injuries that later killed her.
