A modder named OptiJuegos managed to shrink GTA V down to 2.4 GB - but he stripped out most of the game to do so.
This is a mod that adds a D-Pad to the HUD for Majora's Mask: Recompiled. The D-Pad lets you activate the transformation masks and the Ocarina of Time without needing to bind them to the C buttons.
