Toms River High School South students leaped into action when a burst pipe led to water flowing into the school's cafeteria.
The Potomac Interceptor, a 6-foot-wide pipe, collapsed on Jan. 19, pumping millions of gallons of raw sewage into the Potomac River and C&O Canal.
