Several users are experiencing various issues with system startup after installing the KB5077181 update for Windows 11.

This process is called a clean install, which is ironic as there's nothing particularly clean about it: Microsoft has enshittified Windows Setup.

KB5077181 is causing devices to restart over 15 times in an infinite loop. Users also report network issues and error codes.
