Wawa has yanked four varieties of its 16-ounce milk pints from select shelves around the Philadelphia region after warning that some bottles could contain soft plastic pieces that pose a choking risk.

The merits of the federal FDDEI deduction are disputed, though one could argue that it at least was created with a certain logic in mind. The same cannot be said for state-level FDDEI deductions.
