A-State Newport announced Wednesday that all 23 practical nursing graduates from its Newport and Marked Tree campuses passed the NCLEX-PN examination on their first attempt.

The Cabell County Board of Education voted to enter into an agreement with the local community college to provide LPN program students with college credits upon program completion.
