‘Stumpy’ This old Saltwater Crocodile has dominated his section of the Adelaide River for over 35yrs. He’s around 5m long and would weigh over 700kg. I’ve seen him on two separate occasions with crocs he’s killed and eaten. I’ve seen him eat sharks and wallabies. I’ve seen him attack crocs much bigger than he is and win. He’s big. He’s fearless. He’s unhinged. With 2km of territory, 1 full leg, 7 girlfriends and a heap of unresolved anger management issues, there’s no arguing Stumpy is a boss. �

Some love for Stumpy at Everglades Holiday Park Despite how cute this looks, he doesn't actually enjoy the contact at all, he "tolerates" it at best. While I am confident I'm my own skills and knowledge of their behavior, you can never "trust" them 100%, and they are still wild animals.
