One thing we always do to new engine builds….shaping and porting the oil galleries in the engine block to help improve oil flow! Pretty much all blocks have sharp edges left where oil passageways intersect or end from the the drilling process, and these can disrupt oil flow as it tries to turn the corner. We use some porting carbide burrs from Summit Racing Equipment to smooth out the edges to a nice radius which can minimize this disruption and improve oil flow throughout the engine to help inc
