WATCH: At 2:02 AM today, October 1, 2025, Taal Volcano’s Main Crater generated a minor phreatomagmatic eruption, captured by monitoring cameras at the Taal Volcano Observatory (TVO) and Main Crater Observation Station (VTMC). The activity sent a towering plume reaching 2,500 meters into the air, drifting northwest.
