Are you Smashing this?! I was in the mood for a gyro, and wanted to try something new and more approachable that making a traditional gyro meat… and this was amazing! The gyro meat: • 1.5-2 lbs of Ground Beef • 1 tbsp each of Salt & pepper - use less if you prefer • 1.5 tbsp ground cumin • 1- 1.5 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp ground coriander • 1 tsp dried oregano • 1 tsp smoked paprika Just mix everything into the meat and you’re all set! I like to let it sit covered in the fri
