Fired up the Masterbuilt smoker today and smoked a chicken with apple wood. Season with preferred spices and rubs, smoke at 275° until internal temperature of the breast is 175°. Bbq Rub (gluten free) ⅔ c chili powder 2 T sugar or sugar substitute ¼ c onion powder ¼ c garlic powder 1 t cayenne pepper 4 T salt.
