Here’s a dynamic lunge flow that I love. It’s a combination of low lunge, high lunge, and cat/cow, and it utilizes a most excellent yoga strap. What an ideal combo, right? 😃 Start in low lunge while holding a yoga strap (or similar household object) straight out in front of you with your hands roughly shoulder-width apart. Push your feet into the floor and rise up into a straight-legged high lunge. (So both knees will be straight here!) At the same time, reach your strap up and behind you, exte
